About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Medical Secretary Assistant to join our Speciality Admin Team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our medical secretaries, ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist medical secretaries in delivering an effective and efficient support service to speciality administration teams.
- Provide general clerical and administrative duties that support the administration of the entire patient pathway.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements
