Purpose of Post

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and development services to ensure the effective operation of the social care case management system (Mosaic or comparable system). This will involve managing and delivering to the priorities agreed by the Mosaic Ongoing Development Group and other relevant systems management groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and development services to ensure the effective operation of the social care case management system.
  • Manage and deliver to the priorities agreed by the Mosaic Ongoing Development Group and other relevant systems management groups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system requirements.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
Working Conditions

This is a hybrid working role, requiring 2-3 days in the office. We are open to considering part-time or full-time arrangements. The placement is expected to last for 3-6 months.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a role developing, delivering, and supporting ICT systems, including the Mosaic or comparable system, which support business and service requirements in a social care environment. A basic DBS check will be required.
