The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven Commercial Account Executive to provide a fantastic customer experience for our commercial clients. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.

Your duties will include handling day-to-day enquiries, reviewing and processing policy amendments, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and working with our service and claims advisers to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong IT literacy and proficiency using MS Office Applications
  • A minimum of Grade C/Grade 4 in GCSE Maths & English
