We're seeking an experienced HCM Senior Principal Consultant to join our team of dedicated professionals. What You'll Do:
  • Operate independently to provide high-quality work products to our clients.
  • Perform complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology.
  • Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions.
  • Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints.
  • Effectively consult with management of customer organizations and participate in business development activities.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field, including 2 years of consulting experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as an HCM (Cloud) Consultant.
  • Experience with at least two of the following: CoreHR, Time & Labour, Compensation modules.
  • Proven experience with one or more of the following modules: Absence, Fast formulas, Benefits, and Learn.
  • Expertise in HCM business process area and integrations.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
