About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Consultant to join our expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • Able to make decisions on tolerancing, clearances, and material sections.
  • Robust, proven feasibility assessment skills within the APQP framework, including DFMEA, DFA/DFM, and DVP.
  • Component planning and PPAP.
Requirements
  • Creo and Windchill CAD design experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in automotive or motorcycle Powertrain engineering systems.
  • Datums and GD&T knowledge.
  • Drawing layout knowledge.
  • Design and Release of component systems.
