Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Youth Outreach Coordinator to join our team in the Monmouthshire area. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum and benefits such as a great company pension.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in homelessness outreach and be able to engage with 16-24 year olds experiencing homelessness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Holding a caseload of young people referred to the charity for support.
  • Working across the area with a multi-agency Hub based in Newport.
  • Completing risk assessments and assisting young people in securing safe accommodation.
  • Traveling to meet individuals on the caseload and maintaining excellent quality records.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be able to deal with safeguarding issues, and have a DBS on the update service (highly desirable). If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable youth, please get in touch for an informal chat.
