Sales Support Specialist

About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of our Sales Operations team, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to provide operational sales support across our Industrial and Commercial (I&C) and strategic portfolios. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers, internal departments, customers, and third-party partners to facilitate the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and manage commercial and industrial opportunities, including flexible energy purchasing, baskets, and other groups/large multi-sites, within our pricing tool and CRM.
- Manage administrative lead/tender-to-quote processes on behalf of Business Development Managers.
- Provide dedicated sales support for 'platinum' third-party intermediary relationships, direct C&I, and other strategic direct accounts.
- Offer pricing support to Business Development Managers as required, communicating with colleagues to understand pricing requirements.
- Attend direct customer/third-party intermediary meetings as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks at the request of the Sales Operations Manager and/or Sales Director.
- Adhere to company behaviors, values, and policies.
