Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with requests for Quotations, Orders, and inquiries throughout the duration of their vehicle contracts.
- Generate detailed quotations and prepare comprehensive sales proposals.
- Process signed orders efficiently to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
- Accompany external Account Managers on customer site visits to demonstrate our Sales Support capabilities and address any service-related questions.
- Collaborate with Retailers to deliver customer quotations that encompass various vehicle options, including discounts, funding costs, and brand margins.
- Manage bespoke requirements such as vehicle conversions and branding.
- Support Internal Account Executives with high-volume processes as needed.
- Proactively oversee the De-hire report, ensuring timely contract extensions or vehicle inspections/collections.
- Address customer dissatisfaction and resolve end-of-contract disputes effectively.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a sales administrative support capacity, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
Working ConditionsThis is a temporary position with a competitive pay rate. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
