About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Operations team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Sales Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing operational support to our Sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders, and driving sales growth through effective data analysis and pricing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage commercial and industrial opportunities, including flexible energy purchasing and baskets, within our pricing tool and CRM.
  • Manage administrative lead/tender-to-quote processes on behalf of Business Development Managers.
  • Provide dedicated sales support for strategic direct accounts and third-party intermediary relationships.
  • Offer pricing support to Business Development Managers, communicating with colleagues to understand pricing requirements.
  • Attend customer and third-party intermediary meetings as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Operations Manager and/or Sales Director.

We're seeking individuals with sales and pricing support experience, ideally in flexible energy purchasing. If you possess exceptional communication skills, a proven track record of building professional relationships, and strong organizational and analytical skills, we'd love to hear from you.
