We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Coordinator to join our team at Ingeus. As an Integration Coordinator, you will play a key role in engaging with stakeholders to champion integration in each Local Authority borough.
Key Responsibilities- Be involved in client contact through Engagement Events to promote our "Working Well Work and Health Programme" and focus groups.
- Liaising regularly with JCP Work Coaches and other referral agents (External Local Signposting Organisations) to ensure accuracy of referrals.
- Facilitating welcome sessions for new participants, as agreed with JCP.
- Provide feedback to JCP colleagues to demonstrate "good news stories" of progression and/or outcomes.
- Excellent relationship management skills, strong ability to deliver communications through face to face and remote delivery.
