Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEMH Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide support to a SEMH pupil in a 1:1 role. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care, with a strong understanding of behavioural management and additional SEN/SEMH requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support to a SEMH pupil in Year 5
  • Implement support/intervention programmes for SEND
  • Develop and maintain a nurturing and kind mindset
  • Work collaboratively with the client and other professionals to ensure the pupil's needs are met
  • Contribute to the development of the pupil's learning journey
Requirements:
