As an employment coach/recruitment consultant with KM Education Recruitment Ltd, you will be instrumental in fostering connections between talented professionals and organisations seeking exceptional staff.
Responsibilities- Develop effective partnerships with local employers to procure high-quality job opportunities;
Regularly engage in networking activities and participate in industry events. - Provide impactful coaching sessions to improve participants' employability, motivation and overall well-being;
- Enhance participant outcomes by identifying and addressing potential barriers to employment,
Work closely with colleagues to maintain accurate records and contribute to organisational knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in sales/revenue-generating environments;
Key Account Management or Employer Engagement. - GCSE English Language at Grade C or equivalent Level 2 qualification;
Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous but not essential. - Capacity to work independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams.
Competitive Salary Range: £26,000 - £29,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
