Your main duties will include:

  • Supervising daily care delivery to ensure service users' needs are met
  • Coordinating person-centred support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Participating in staff recruitment and selection, and undertaking supervisions and appraisals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
