Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute a business strategy for the region, focusing on generating specification and project opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues to achieve sales targets.
- Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting high standards.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a focus on flat roofing systems and waterproofing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
- 25 days of holiday per annum, in addition to standard statutory days (mandatory 3 days to be saved for Christmas).
- £6,000 car allowance.
- 15% annual bonus.
