Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for generating and pursuing specification and project opportunities within your designated area, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute a business strategy for your area, identifying new business opportunities, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Project Ownership: Take responsibility for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring each project is tracked throughout the design and procurement stages to maximise conversion and success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution, from the initial inquiry to final delivery.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of flat roofing systems, building regulations, and the British Standard Code of Practice. Proven experience in managing client and contractor relationships, as well as cold calling and new business development, is essential. Self-motivation, excellent time management, and organisational skills are also required.
Benefits:We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, performance-based incentives, 25 days of holiday per annum, plus standard statutory days, and various additional benefits such as pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, employee assistance programme, and more.
