About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and dressing.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication reminders.
  • Engage in conversations and activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
