About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with grooming, bathing, and dressing.
  • Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for clients.
  • Assist clients with medication reminders and other health-related tasks.
  • Engage in conversations with clients to promote their mental health and well-being.
  • Keep clients' living spaces tidy and organized.
