Vacancy - Sales Controller - Worksop Area

Basic salary - £30k / OTE £60k

Alternate weekends with a day off in the week

Working hours/days:

Monday to Friday: 10am - 7pm

Saturdays: 10am - 6pm

Sunday: 10am - 4pm

Weekend Rota: 1 in 1 off

The Solution Automotive Limited is seeking a highly experienced Sales Controller to join their busy team.

This position would suit someone with Business Management and Finance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
