We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client's dedicated team in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inventory using handheld scanners to ensure accurate and efficient stock management.
- Work in a busy warehouse environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) if licensed, utilizing your skills to enhance productivity.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of inventory management and MHE operation.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- MHE license (Forklift) is a plus, recognizing your skills as a valued operator.
- Competitive pay rate dependent on experience and skill set.
