Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Just Recruitment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage inventory using handheld scanners to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy while ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods, adhering to health and safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe at all times, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) if licensed, recognizing the value of your skills as a trained operator.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of inventory management and material handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • MHE license (Forklift) is a plus, and will be considered as an added skill set.
