We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at phs Group. As a key member of our Credit Control department, you will play a crucial role in facilitating payment of near-due payments and outstanding arrears.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collections: Use your strong negotiation skills to persuade customers to settle their debts.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good experience with credit control or office-based cash collection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
