Job Title: Adult Care Assistant/Support Worker

Pay Rate: £14-16 per hour

Location: Kelso area

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to two adults with unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to adults with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Experience working in adult care or a related field
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs
