The Role

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting/assisting residents with all aspects of daily living.
  • Supporting training and supervision of junior and new staff members in all aspects of their work in the home.
  • Answering the nurse call system and responding accordingly.
  • Reporting on the well-being of clients and liaising with GPs and support managers.
  • Carrying out regular checks on clients at intervals determined by senior staff members.
  • Delivering a high level of personal and psychological care to all residents in a professional manner.
