Job Summary

We're looking for a Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes and in the community. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including use of hoists and slings
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, including engaging in activities and conversations
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements

We're looking for a Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will need to have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic knowledge of care principles and practicesAbility to lift and move clients safelyEnhanced DBS check
