Care Assistant for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Scopwick, Lincoln. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
• Encouraging independence and participation in activities
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
