Role Overview
Moto is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join its Finance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise to support the Fuel, Commercial Income and Gaming teams.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extension. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in financial analysis, reporting and budgeting. The successful candidate will be based in our Toddington office but will also work from home on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities
Ownership of daily fuel pricing across our network
Preparation of weekly & monthly fuel reports
Ownership of weekly fuel journals & stock reconciliations
Responsible for monthly fuel journals & reviewing the management accounts
Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations flagging any risks / opportunities
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Support Fuel Finance Manager with ad-hoc analysis
Assist with year end audit support & queries
Act as holiday cover for other team members
Ad hoc tasks as required for the efficient running of the department
Continuous improvement of processes

Requirements
Experience in a similar level role is required
Experience in stock reconciliation
High attention to detail
Part qualified or part qualified by experience
Good excel skills are essential
Motivated, enthusiastic individual who can work at pace and hit deadlines
Able to prioritise and communicate effectively

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
