Savings Account Administration Role

Newbury Building Society is looking for a skilled Savings Account Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our members with their savings account needs.

The successful candidate will have experience in financial services administration and possess excellent organizational and time management skills. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with one Saturday per month, 9am-12pm. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to savings accounts
  • Setting up new accounts and sending verification codes to customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality service experience
