About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Lead to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement and loyalty.

Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling communications and letters to our residents and families, gathering customer feedback and insight, and developing action plans to improve our customer journey. You will also ensure that all direct communications to families align with our core brand narrative and comply with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with our IT, customer care, commercial, and operations teams to collect real-time feedback from our families and share and act on the learnings. You will also be responsible for supporting the business to listen and learn from its customers.

We are looking for a passionate communications professional with at least three years' experience in marketing, communications, or customer experience. You will have a proven track record of helping craft core messaging and direct communications to customers, as well as strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen.

You will also have the ability to gather and use data or feedback to generate insight and translate complex ideas into easy-to-understand presentations and action plans. Experience of using or setting up customer feedback surveys is also desirable.
