We are seeking a highly motivated Adult Social Worker to join our Community Team, providing support to vulnerable adults with complex needs.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with PAYE payment options available.

In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will receive a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Social Work qualification, a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience, and previous or current experience of working with Section 42, Care Act, and MCA assessments.

Key responsibilities include creating care plans, attending Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings, and liaising with families and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
