Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Artist Liaison Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of the contemporary art world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of artists allocated to senior members of the Curatorial/Sales teams.
- Act as a liaison, handling internal inquiries and communication with artist studio teams.
- Ensure accurate inventory data and effective communication with Sales and Art departments.
- Collaborate with Sales to communicate ordering outcomes and manage interest/priority client lists for high-demand artists.
- Oversee presentation materials for Sales and Artist Liaisons ahead of trips or meetings related to assigned artists.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the art industry.
- Strong understanding of contemporary art and its market trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Google Alerts and CRM software.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
