Sales Director Opportunity at Upsilon Gallery

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our collector base.

About Our Gallery

Upsilon Gallery is a respected art gallery and fine print publisher with a reputation for excellence in the art world. Our gallery specializes in modern, post-war and contemporary original and editioned artwork, with an emphasis on Minimalism, Pop Art and Abstract Expressionism.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with our Managing Director to design exhibition programs and event calendars
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Art History and/or Arts Administration
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in an international art gallery, museum, or auction house
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Expert knowledge of Modern, Post-war and Contemporary art
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £60,000 + commission, as well as benefits including a location in Mayfair, London.
