About YouWe are seeking an experienced Care Home Engagement Specialist to join our team at Emerson Park. To be successful in this role, you will have a compassionate and caring nature, with excellent communication skills and the ability to organise engaging activities. You will also possess strong IT literacy and be proficient in using systems.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement an activities programme that promotes social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity among residents.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and deliver fundraising events and special occasions.
- Ensure posters and notice boards within the home are maintained.
- Encourage residents and team members to participate in the activities programme.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.40 per hour, plus company benefits, and the opportunity to work in a luxurious care village, promoting the well-being and independence of older people.
