About You

We are seeking an experienced Care Home Engagement Specialist to join our team at Emerson Park. To be successful in this role, you will have a compassionate and caring nature, with excellent communication skills and the ability to organise engaging activities. You will also possess strong IT literacy and be proficient in using systems.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement an activities programme that promotes social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity among residents.
  2. Collaborate with the General Manager to plan and deliver fundraising events and special occasions.
  3. Ensure posters and notice boards within the home are maintained.
  4. Encourage residents and team members to participate in the activities programme.
