Experienced Children's Home Manager

Gap Healthcare is currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small children's home in Exeter. This is a permanent and full-time role with a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum (based on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality holistic care and create a caring environment conducive to individual needs.
- Provide a 'needs-led' service for children and young people accommodated, adopting a person-centred approach fostering self-awareness, reflection, and personal growth.
- Provide each person with the strongest voice regarding decision-making and lifestyle choices.
Main Requirements:
- NVQ level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Thorough understanding of OFSTED regulations.
- Driver and access to a car for work.
