About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Commerce Analyst to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing media, e-comms, and owned channels to drive customer engagement and growth for our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including GA4, eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with media strategists to ensure campaign goals and objectives are achieved.
- Partner with analytics teams, technology groups, and business functions to drive a digital learning agenda across our brands.
- Prepare and present quantitative analyses to influence peers and C-level leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field with 5+ years of work experience.
- Experience of leading multiple locales, regional roles, or similar.
- Media Analytics experience essential.
- Expert understanding of Google Looker, Google Sheets, and other BI tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
