Surface Preparation Technician

In this exciting opportunity, you will be working as an Industrial Trainee at Breath HR, supporting our surface preparation and coatings services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the ICA Supervisor with equipment setup, maintenance, and cleaning.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. They will also have the ability to learn and adapt quickly under the guidance of the ICA Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist ICA Supervisor: Prepare, set up, and clean up equipment as directed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure tools are properly maintained and kept in good working condition.
- Safety Awareness: Adhere to safety protocols, wear protective gear, and handle materials safely.
- Professional Conduct: Demonstrate respect, reliability, and punctuality at all times.
- Learning and Training: Develop skills under the supervision of the ICA Supervisor, participate in training courses, and ask questions to enhance expertise.
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Overtime compensation: 1.5x salary

The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
