About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Infosys. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in defining the problem, proposing and refining the solution, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle, including problem definition, solution proposal, and solution development.
  • Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building.
  • Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Vlocity Cloud and Salesforce Platform, with relevant experience in development and implementation of business features.
  • Experience in SFI Communications Cloud and Vlocity.
  • Integrations implementation knowledge with maximum use of OOB capabilities.
  • Subject Matter expert in at least 2 of the following areas: EPC, CPQ, DigiCommerce, COM.
  • Implement Best Development Practices for the squad and contribute to Digital Asset Library.
  • Expertise in dev tooling for Vlocity, including IDX, Performance Profiler, and DevOps.
  • LWC UI Expert developer to implement Omniscript-based journey for Communities Solution.

Mandatory Certifications:

  • At least two out of three certifications from the list: Salesforce Omnistudio Developer, Vlocity CPQ, and Vlocity OM certifications.
