Home Healthcare Assistant Lead

As a Home Healthcare Assistant Lead, you will play a vital role in our Ridge Primary Care Network, supporting patients in their own homes.
Your key responsibilities will include working autonomously and collaboratively with our GP colleagues and other community services. You will deliver excellent patient care, while also reassuring and supporting families. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and career ambitions through our flexible learning and development programs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess good IT skills and clinical expertise, such as phlebotomy, wound dressings, bandaging, and injection technique. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you achieve your goals.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,695 - £32,934, based on location and experience. Additional Working Pattern: Monday to Friday with rotational weekends.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Worker in a health or social care setting.
- Full driving license valid in the UK.
- Relevant level 3 qualification (NVQ/QCF Diploma or certificate of care/Advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent.
