RGS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their Account Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Raise quotations and order forms, including relevant paperwork.
- Assist Account Managers in monitoring and managing client MOT/Service/Insurances.
- Arrange vehicle deliveries and relevant documentation.
- Prepare and send overseas travel documentation to clients.
- Manage client driver fines and update systems.
- Process department post on a daily basis and allocate as necessary.
- Produce client-related reports and process invoices.
- Prepare and send driver packs to clients prior to vehicle delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of contract reviews.
- Strong administration experience.
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Highly professional with excellent self-presentation standards and strong communication skills.
