We are seeking volunteers to participate in patient-led assessments of the care environment, providing valuable feedback to help us improve our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in patient-led assessments of the care environment, providing feedback on the quality of care and services.
- Interact with patients and staff, observing and providing feedback on communication and support.
- Carry out face-to-face patient interviews to gather feedback on their experiences.
- Participate in the '15 Steps Challenge' and the Clinical Accreditation process.
- Assist with PLACE assessments (patient-led assessment of the care environment).
- Work individually, in pairs, or in teams to achieve our goals.
