As a Store Manager for Zachary Daniels, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store meets its sales and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement store plans and strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
