About the Role

The Commercial Manager will play a key part in driving business growth and success at Babcock. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective commercial operations
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal commercial outcomes
  • Provide commercial guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial or business development role
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and contract management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
