Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's compliance with regulatory and internal requirements related to collateral management. This includes preparation of security documents and reports for management, registration of mortgage bonds and cessions, legal audits, and compliance with NCA requirements. Additionally, they will register and administer security cessions, manage cession payments and pledged shares, liaise with attorneys on legal matters, and provide support to the Financial Services team on compliance professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A strong knowledge of collateral management, financial regulations, and compliance requirements is essential. Proficiency in using financial software, compliance management tools, and regulatory reporting systems is also required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
