Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Chief of Staff. As a trusted advisor to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic support, coordinating executive activities, and managing communications.

Key Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, including speeches, briefings, and social media.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
  • CEO Experience: Experience supporting a CEO or executive leader, ideally in a not-for-profit or social impact context.
  • Team Leadership: Line management experience and the ability to foster team development.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
