We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You'll be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing services that meet the needs of our residents. This includes implementing person-centred care plans, conducting detailed risk assessments, and staying up-to-date with recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.

A key aspect of this role is leadership. We're seeking a natural leader who has experience in mentoring and supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship. Your strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care will be invaluable in driving excellence within our team.
