Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the concierge team to deliver a high-quality service
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work a rotating shift pattern
