Business Development Manager

MTrec Ltd Technical is seeking a highly skilled Sales Relationship Manager to join our team in the North West region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated individual with experience in technical sales or key account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, driving new business acquisition, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet our financial targets.
- Deliver against all agreed financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including progress reports and forecast validation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support new product development, efficiency improvements, and enhancements to the customer experience.
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a strategic value sales process that increases our margin opportunity and aligns with our sales growth plan.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with strategic sales processes and pipeline management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
