**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leisure Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting safe recreation and activity, and contributing to the overall success of our venue.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a high standard of customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Encourage and promote safe recreation and activity within the venue, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
**Requirements**
- A current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (training will be provided for those who do not already hold this qualification).
- A Scottish Swimming Teacher Qualification (or equivalent) is essential, with the ability to obtain this qualification within 6 months of employment.
- A Gym Instructor Level 2 qualification is desirable, but not essential.
