We operate modern dairy manufacturing facilities in 8 locations on a cross-border basis, supplying a broad customer base, including blue-chip companies, across the dairy food ingredients, foodservice, and consumer food channels. Internationally, we export 240 different products to over 100 countries worldwide.
Our Team
We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Trade Marketing Team in our Bromley office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing trade marketing and activation plans for our UK Foodservice business line.
The Role
The Trade Marketing Specialist will lead the development of brand plans, working collaboratively with the entire Foodservice & Consumer Foods Division to grow both national and independent business, aligning activities with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing and activation plans for our UK Foodservice business line

- Manage and successfully deliver multiple projects within deadlines and to budget
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a marketing role in a UK Foodservice landscape, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry, including channel strategy and knowledge of on-trade groups and national accounts
- Previous experience in a trade marketing or activation role, involving the creation and implementation of annual plans delivering ROI for business
- Experience of managing people and inspiring team members
- Established classic and creative marketing skills, and strong exposure to brands
- High level of confidence and tenacity, with the ability to maintain and build strong relationships with key on-trade customers
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree-level education in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Experience in the dairy industry and with UK Foodservice trade show planning and implementation
