Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to join our team on a secondment basis. This role has the potential to become permanent after January 2025.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the Team and Operations: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by implementing the business strategy of 'The Best Place To Watch A Movie.'
- Customer Interactions: Serve as the first point of contact for any customer issues, providing prompt resolutions.
- Duty Management: Assume key-holding responsibilities for the cinema as required, ensuring seamless operations.
- KPIs and Strategy Objectives: Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Front-of-House Presence: Maintain a visible presence at all times to enhance the customer experience.
- Communication Links: Foster regular communication with the management team and staff members.
- Meetings and Openings: Participate in management and team meetings as needed, undertaking opening and closing responsibilities.
- People Management Practices: Coach, mentor, and drive personal accountability to improve business results.
- Staff Induction and Recruitment: Support the induction process for new staff and participate in recruitment activities.
- Team Meetings: Assist in organizing and delivering team meetings (as required).
- Resource Organization: Effectively manage resources to meet operational demands.
- Customer-Focused Environment: Nurture a customer-centric atmosphere by maximizing front-of-house presence.
- Brand Standards and Reputation: Ensure brand standards and reputation are upheld.
- Film Product Awareness: Maintain awareness of film products, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Customer Feedback: Monitor and communicate customer feedback to the management team.
- Operational Standards: Ensure high standards of film presentation, housekeeping, cleanliness, maintenance, and operational performance.
- Scheduling: Manage staff scheduling to meet business demands.
- Health, Safety, and Wellbeing: Prioritize the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees, customers, and visitors.
- Incident Risk Mitigation: Implement safety and security measures to mitigate incident risk.
- Licensing, Legislative, and Business Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant licensing, legislative, and business requirements.
- Business Information: Provide relevant business information to staff to maximize sales opportunities.
- Back-of-House Operations: Develop and support back-of-house operations to deliver business objectives.
