Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. As a Seasonal Christmas Retailer, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Contributing to daily and weekly store targets during our Peak Trading period
  • Supporting colleagues, working as part of a Team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Educating customers about product features and benefits
  • Adhering to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety and security standards
  • Making our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • FOLLOWING brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process
